5 Tips for Mixing Prints

1. Pick a color family or a dominate color that appears in all of your prints and stick with it.
2. Mix and vary the density and scale of your patterns.
3. Make sure to add a solid color if you're new to this game. A solid helps ground the outfit and gives you a sense of safety if you're feeling a little unsure.
4. Limit yourself to three or four patterns. Start with two to get your feet wet.
5. Wear the larger, bolder pattern on the area you want to highlight.
